It's more than just an average pet photography
session!!
Hey there! I'm Sarah, professional photographer, complete sucker for puppy dog eyes, country girl at heart, and hooman to two gorgeous VIPs - Flash and Tilly. You may also know my daughter Zoe who works at the Pet Health Hub and is a veterinary nurse at Selwood Vets.
Over the past couple of years I have had the pleasure of capturing lots of local Very Important Puppies (VIPs) at the Pop-Up Portrait Sessions held at The Hub in Lawson. I enjoyed the sessions SO much that I approached Lawrence from Selwood and asked if we could partner-up permanently.
And so the de lumière pets Pawtrait Studio experience was born!

THE STUDIO
The Pawtrait Studio is located in the back garden of Selwood Veterinary Clinic, and can be accessed by parking in the Hazelbrook Station Car Park and entering through the back gate.
We have full use of the gorgeous gardens, as well as our lovely little studio.
Sessions will run by appointment only to start.

SHOOT DAY
Ah now this is the fun part.
A Pawtrait session runs for up to an hour, this gives your VIP plenty of time to settle in, sniff all the smells and for us to get to know one another.
My aim is to ensure all sessions are fun and stress free, so I have lots of toys and treats (I will check with you first for allergies), and boundless energy!
Your dog's only job is to be itself, if pup is more comfortable on lead I can work my magic in Photoshop to remove it from any images.
THE VIEWING
Approximately 1-2 weeks after our session, I will get in touch organise an online meeting by Zoom. In non-pandemic times we would meet at my home studio in Hazelbrook.
At our virtual viewing and ordering appointment, we will go over all of your images, choose your favourites, eat chocolate, and finalise your order together.
Your files will then be moved into production and produce gorgeous custom artwork that you will love for a lifetime.
DELIVERY DAY
This is my second most favourite part of a Pawtrait Session, unveiling your amazing artworks.
I love knowing that my clients have heirlooms to cherish and show off.
My hope is that each time you glance at them on the wall you will be reminded of the joy that your furry best friends bring you.
