Abbie + Dimitry's Rainy Wedding day // Sydney Wedding Photographer

When I met Abbie and Dimitry at their pre-wedding portrait session it was plain to see that these two beautiful humans were very much in love. Their wedding day was an obvious celebration of this love.

I would honestly get married in a field under a tree with fairy lights if I could, and we are going for a pretty, romantic, floral feel...with high tea style cakes for the reception, some relaxing live music, and making the most of our beautiful sandstone church exterior at St. Jude's Anglican Church in Randwick.

Our bride and groom celebrated becoming husband and wife by sharing a high tea style luncheon with their closest family and friends. Live music by talented duo Nyssa and Alex kept everyone entertained as the rain fell outside.

The rain stopped briefly so we were able to use the grounds of the church for some photos with family and the bridal party.

Abbie attended Sancta Sophia College at Sydney University and received special permission to use the grounds and buildings for their location portraits, the manicured gardens, soft light through the stained glass windows and amazing architecture perfectly suited the romantic feel of their wedding day.
